I am the founder and owner of Jackie Demetriou Coaching & Consulting, which focuses on coaching individuals to maximize their potential and performance including delivering world class human resources solutions aligned to organizational strategies.

I have extensive senior leadership experience with various multinational and multicultural organizations across diverse Industries. I am experienced and skilled in effectively engaging with employees across the organizational spectrum, from C-Suite employees to individual contributors. I am accomplished in partnering with others on their coaching journeys and support them in developing and unleashing their full potential. I embrace coaching as a way of life and bring this philosophy to my coaching practice.
